Art of the Shoe
Luncheon Honoring "Santa Fe Original" Guadalupe Goler and featuring New Mexico women artists through an exhibition and sale. As a woman in the highly competitive world of shoe retailing, Goler began with her grandfather's shoe factory in Mexico, then opened her Santa Fe store more than 25 years ago. Through her community commitment, persistence, and style, Guadalupe Goler has succeeded in elevating shoe retailing to an art.

Cherie Burns presented her new book, the first biography of the Standard Oil heiress and fashion icon Millicent Rogers. In "Searching for Beauty," Cherie Burns chronicles Rogers's glittering life from her days as a young girl to her retreat to Taos, New Mexico where she found a new spiritual life and popularized Southwestern style.
