Artist Registry Entry

The Artist Registry is a benefit of membership in the New Mexico State Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. This gives you a page on the website to showcase your art. Even if you have your own website, participating in the Artist registry further expands your “presence” on the internet and your exposure to opportunities. The New Mexico State Committee also promotes artist registry participants in their newsletter and “Artist of the Month” features.

Setting up or updating your registry page is easy. The NMC-NMWA webmaster creates the page for you, from information and digital images you provide. Below is the form to complete the descriptive information for your artist registry page. Fill in the form and click submit at the bottom.

In addition to this information, you must email one portrait image and up to three images of your work with descriptions to the registry webmaster. The images must be minimum 900 pixels tall and maximum 1200 pixels in the longest dimension. Send them as attachments with file name like artistname_title.jpg. The registry webmaster reserves the right to reject images that are not good quality. Along with the image, include in the cover email to which the image is attached a description including title of work, size, and medium.

Paid members can return to this page to update their registry entry at any time and send replacement digital images.

If you have questions about preparing your registry entry, please direct them to the registry webmaster.
